Luxray manufactures a complete range of LED filament bulbs — the warm, vintage glow of a classic Edison lamp with the efficiency and lifespan of modern LED. We were among the first manufacturers in China to develop LED filament technology, building on more than 30 years of our team’s experience across halogen, incandescent, energy-saving and SMD lighting.
That foundation is why our vintage-style filament bulbs lead the field on what professional buyers measure most — low lumen depreciation, long service life, and deep customisation. We supply hospitality, interior design, lighting brands and OEM programmes across Europe and North America.
The range spans every decorative shape a specifier needs — teardrop ST64/ST19 Edison bulbs, oversized G125/G40 and G95/G30 globes, C35/B10(B11) candles, mini golf-balls (G45/G14) and classic A60/A19 household bulbs — in clear, amber, frosted, milky and half-chrome finishes, with E27 (E26), E14 (E12) and B22/B15(Ba15d) bases to suit both European and North-American fittings.
Every specification is verified in our own TÜV-approved laboratory, with certifications held for both markets — CE, ErP and RoHS for Europe, ETL for North America. Standard lines are held in production, while custom colour temperatures, high-CRI options, high-efficiency solutions, specific functions, and private-label or full OEM programmes are built to order.

Manufactured, Not Just Supplied
30+ years’ expertise
Our team brings over 30 years of industry experience, focused on premium custom light sources since 2014.
Full certification
CE, RoHS, ETL, and ERP test reports issued by internationally recognized laboratories — SGS, TÜV, and Intertek.
In-house sampling
We develop and produce samples in-house, with one-to-three approval rounds for custom work.
Batch consistency
Color temperature and brightness held consistent across production runs.
How We Build It
A decorative bulb is only as good as the details behind it. We control both how it performs and how it looks — from the engineering inside to the finish you see.

01 — GLASS
Glass, Selected and Cleaned by Hand
Glass is where quality shows first — a flaw in a clear ST64, or an uneven coat on a frosted or amber finish, shows the moment the light comes on. So every envelope, across all shapes and finishes, is checked before it enters production.
- Inspected piece by piece on arrival — not sample checks
- Clarity, coating and colour evenness all judged
- Hand-cleaned before assembly; sub-standard glass rejected

02 — FILAMENT
The Right Filament, Engineered for Each Bulb
The filament has to last and look right. We match its specification to each order so it never runs overloaded, then design its structure around the glass — for an even glow in frosted bulbs, and a refined look in clear ones.
- Filament spec matched per order — never overloaded, for longer life
- Shadow-free, even glow in milky and frosted finishes
- Shaped as a design feature in clear bulbs; custom & dim-to-warm for OEM

03 — GAS-FILL
Patented Gas-Fill — the Bulb’s Cooling System
The gas sealed inside is the filament’s primary cooling system — it largely decides lumen depreciation, lifespan and reliability. We patented ours in 2014 and tune the gas composition per product, using only high-purity gases from Linde and Air Liquide.
- Gas-fill cools the filament — key to lumen maintenance and reliability
- Patented since 2014; composition and fill ratio tuned per product
- High-purity gases from Linde & Air Liquide; rated life beyond 25,000 h

04 — PROCESS
A Refined Process Turns the Right Design into a Reliable Product
A good design only becomes a good bulb through a mature, controlled process — from filament welding to vacuum-pumping, gas-filling, sealing and capping, each stage tuned to the model, material and batch. It’s know-how built over decades across every light-source generation.
- Strict control at every stage — welding, vacuum, gas-fill, sealing, capping
- Tuned to each model, material and batch — not one setting for all
- Decades of experience across evolving light-source technologies
